• DREAMCAST / YOUMONITOR.US FEES POLICY
    These terms ("Fees Policy") are incorporated by reference into Dreamcast's User Agreement and are subject to such User Agreement. Your use of any of Dreamcast's Services is subject to the User Agreement in its entirety. The definitions as found in the User Agreement shall apply to the Fees Policy. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Fees Policy and the User Agreement, the Fees Policy shall prevail.
  • 1.1. General Subject to availability, you may subscribe to a Dreamcast Service pricing plan as presented by Dreamcast. Each month, Dreamcast will charge you the applicable fees, which will appear on your statement. For accounts that Dreamcast, in its discretion, believes may represent a credit risk, Dreamcast may charge amounts as they come due or sooner than the account would otherwise have been charged based on its billing cycle. Service is provided and billed on a monthly basis, for a minimum period of one month. The start of Service date is the Activation Date. Except as otherwise noted, each indicated fee is in addition to, and not in lieu of, the other indicated fees.

  • Each 60 additional checks/hour are available at $ 4.99 per month. Any unused checks will not be carried over to the next month. Each additional SMS package (10 SMS included in each package) is offered at $ 2. Any unused checks or SMS messages will not be carried over to the next month.
  • Dreamcast has flexible pricing; you can pay by monthly in advance or you can pay for 12 months in advance ("Annual Fee"). If you pay the Annual Fee, your service term will be extended to 15 months.
  • Whole refund or partial refund may be available. You're eligible for full refund if you choose to unsubscribe within the Free Trial period specified below. If you pay an Annual Fee, a pro-rated refund would be available if you notify Dreamcast of your intention to terminate the Service, provided that no refund is available if you terminate while using the Services during the 3 extended months beyond the initial 12 months. There will be no refunds for a partial month of use (e.g. if you use the Service during day 1, and terminate day 2, no refund shall be due.) This time period includes the time for us to process your request, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If you are unable to use our SMS services because your mobile carrier is confirmed by Dreamcast as not covered by the Services, you're eligible for full refund for the extra SMS packages in your order. Dreamcast intends to provide refunds between the 1st and 10th day of the month following the month the refund accrues, provided that Dreamcast shall have no liability to you in the event the processing of such refund takes longer than such times. You will not be entitled to a refund in the event Dreamcast or the Authorized Reseller cancels your Services for a violation by you of the User Agreement.
  • 1.2. Free Trial.
    a) Waived Fees; Fees That Still Apply. During any free trial of the Services (the "Free Trial"), Dreamcast will not charge you any fees. The duration of the Free Trial shall be as specified by Dreamcast, and may be revoked at any time, with or without notice to you.
  • b) Eligibility. To be eligible for the Free Trial, you may not have previously used the Service as a Dreamcast user, and you must properly register with Dreamcast. The Free Trial is available to all accounts, even those that register for a paid Dreamcast plan and enter payment information. If you registered for a paid Dreamcast plan, you will be billed for the Service you registered for the month that following the expiration of the Free Trial unless you cancel the Service as specified in the User Agreement.
  • c) Termination of Free Trial.
    If you started a Free Trial without providing payment information and later, during such trial, switch to a paid Dreamcast plan by providing such payment information, you will be charged according to the new plan at the time of the switch. If you have not selected a paid Dreamcast plan nor you are you running an open source script on your computer and turn your website into a YMU node as specified in the User Agreement prior to the end of the Free Trial, Dreamcast will prevent your access to the Service until you select a payment plan or contribute a node as specified in the User Agreement.
  • 1.3. Taxes. You are responsible for, and shall pay any applicable federal, state, municipal, local or other governmental sales, use, excise, value-added, personal property, public utility or other taxes, fees or charges now in force or enacted in the future, that arise from or as a result of your subscription or use or payment for the Service. Such amounts are in addition to payment for the Service and will be billed to your account. If you are exempt from payment of such taxes, you will provide Dreamcast with an original government-issued certificate attesting to tax-exempt status. Tax exemption will only apply from and after the date Dreamcast receives such tax exempt document.
