- YMU Uptime Certification provides independent, third-party verification of the availability and performance of a website of a certain period. The data are publicly recognized as the most important parameter of judging the “health” of a website. The applicant websites would receive an uptime and/or a response time meter, which would display the average availability and response time data of a period since a certain day to the present day, by inserting a JavaScript code in where you want the data to be displayed on your website.
There are both social and financial benefits to earning YMU Uptime Certification.

- Any sites that have an YMU account and have contributed a node to YMU global monitoring network are eligible for certification. Websites types include – but are not limited to – web host service providers, on line stores, blog service providers, web meeting service providers and any on line service providers
